Jan Snyers

Jan Snyers is the CEO of Ishtar365, a role he took up in January 2025, and is based in Brussels. Since July 2024 he has also been a mentor for entrepreneurs at Netwerk Ondernemen, and between November 2024 and December 2025 he served as an ambassador for Highmark Software.

From April 2023 to December 2024 he was a partner and director of sales and marketing at Novutech, having spent the preceding year as VP of global ERP sales at Zone & Co. Before that he was a partner and managing director at Fast Four B.V. from 2019 to 2022, and at HR Path he was CSO and finance practice lead from 2017, becoming a partner in 2018 until November 2019. In 2013 he founded NetProfitBuilders, where he worked as a NetSuite ERP consultant until the end of 2016, following a period in business development at Yerpa. He founded Sphinx-it in 2003 and ran it as general manager until 2011.

Earlier, he was a project manager at ORTEC and at Astel, sales manager for EMEA at Command Alkon Inc., and held various management positions at Inter-Beton from 1994 to 1999.

He studied applied economics at Ghent University, took further degrees at the University of Antwerp in commercial engineering and in financial and fiscal science, and completed a master's in project management at Vlerick Business School in 2003.
