Jean-Charles Van Der Bruggen
Jean-Charles Van Der Bruggen is the founder of Not a Monkey, which he started in March 2024, and is based in Brussels. Since January 2024 he has also been technology director at Barlist, where every drop tells a story, and since February 2013 he has worked as a self-employed IT consultant on web based project management and development.
From September 2013 to February 2024 he was a managing partner at 8Trust. Earlier he was a project manager at Woochange between 2012 and 2015, IT manager at Lemon Crush from 2010 to 2013, and a developer at Pumbby from 2008 to 2010. He was a web developer at Cercle Charles Quint in late 2008, webmaster at ipl4life from 2007 to 2012, worked on the Tamara Zouboff portfolio in 2007, and was webmaster and web developer at Le roc de la paix from 2006 to 2008.
He studied graphics at Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard in 2005 and 2006, after studying informatics at Institut Paul Lambin from 2003 to 2005.
