
Jean-Marc Bourg is co-founder and chief executive of digit89, a position he has held since November 2021. He is based in Brussels.
Before that he was CFO of Sapristic from February 2018 to November 2021, and COO of 5C-Energy between March 2017 and February 2018. From March 2014 to May 2017 he was COO and CFO of Memnon Archiving Services. He co-founded LookandFin in June 2012, serving as co-CEO until May 2015 and remaining with the company until June 2016. He was CEO of Ambu90 s.a. from January 2013 to March 2014 and CEO of ASAP s.a. from November 2010 to January 2013, and he was COO and CFO of BRDB Consulting s.a. from February 2007 to September 2011. Earlier he founded Tictacbook, which he led as CEO from 2002 to 2005, and tictacphoto, where he was director from 2005 to 2007. He began his career as a director at C.P. Bourg s.a. from 1994 to 2001.
Bourg studied computer sciences at the Université libre de Bruxelles in 1988 and 1989, then took a master's degree in economics at the Université catholique de Louvain, completed in 1994. He attended Ecole Decroly from 1978 to 1988.
