Jean-Pol Boone

Jean-Pol Boone is the founder and CEO of inoopa, based in Brussels, a company where he has worked as an entrepreneur in high tech and agriculture since December 2015.

He has been involved with Europal NV since May 2021, as a board member, then as chairman a.i. from February 2024 to February 2025, and again as a board member from February 2025. He joined the advisory boards of Leerwijzer in September 2024 and ALIREC in October 2024. He sat on the board of Shayp from June 2024 to August 2025, chaired the advisory board of Boardplus.be from July 2024 to April 2025, served on the strategic committee of 2030 from September 2022 to April 2025 and on the board of AGC Glass Europe (RenoWindow) from January 2020 to September 2024. At the King Baudouin Foundation he was a board member and president of the data committee from January 2017 to February 2024, and a board member and member of the audit committee during 2024.

Boone was co-president of BAM - Belgian Association of Marketing from February 2018 to May 2021, a co-investor in RTL Belgium, a member of the investment committee of Wallonie Entreprendre, digital ambassador and president of the digital selection committee at Be Angels S.A., and a board member of UCM. He was chief digital officer and minority shareholder at Shopinvest NV, general manager Benelux and VP business development at Vivendi, country manager for digital and line extensions at Universal Music Group, and marketing manager at Canal+. He holds a master's degree in marketing from HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège.
