Jef Vandecruys

Jef Vandecruys is a Belgian business executive who has been chief executive officer of CTESO since October 2025. Before taking up that role, he was general manager of Youston NV from December 2022 to December 2024, and managing director for EMEA at Mediagenix from January 2019 to February 2022.

From 2014 to December 2018 he was chief operating officer at Zappware. Earlier he spent six years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, joining in June 2007 as global media and insight buyer and serving from August 2009 to July 2013 as global director of digital connection. He began his recorded career at Belgacom Group, where he was sales and market development manager for new media from 1999 to 2007.

Vandecruys studied at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen from 1990 to 1993 and attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 2011 and 2013. He is based in Belgium.
