Jelle co-founded Esave in 2021. The platform uses wireless self-powered sensors and actuators to monitor and adjust thermal parameters in buildings in real time, adapting heating and cooling based on occupancy, temperature, and usage patterns. A cloud platform analyses data and makes intelligent adjustments without requiring renovations.

Esave reported clients saving more than 20% on energy bills. The company implemented its system at Focus Hotel in Kortrijk, making it the first hotel in Belgium to adopt the technology.
