Jens Verriest
Jens Verriest is the founder of fasade, a company he started in June 2020, and is based in Brugge. Since July 2023 he has also been the owner of www.maison-juliette.be.
Between September 2019 and June 2020 he wrote his own sales course at bv De Vastgoedonderneming. Before that he was a property adviser at Henry Houser from January 2018 to September 2019, and a commercial and technical agent at RECON Group from May 2016 to January 2018. He began his career as an independent real estate agent at Dewaele Vastgoed & Advies, where he worked from July 2011 to May 2016.
Verriest studied rehabilitation sciences and physiotherapy at KU Leuven in 2007 and 2008, then took a bachelor's degree in real estate with a specialisation as house agent at HOGENT, graduating cum laude in 2011. He also studied at VIVES University of Applied Sciences in 2011. He qualified magna cum laude as a certified real estate agent at Beroepsinstituut Van Vastgoedmakelaars (BIV) Brussel between 2011 and 2013, and followed a practical management skills programme at HUB-EHSAL in 2014 and 2015. He completed his secondary education in mathematics and economy at Koninklijk Atheneum Avelgem.
