
Jiri Vermeulen is a co-founder of Minze Health and serves as the company's chief product officer, a role he has held since April 2020. He is based in Antwerp and states expertise in innovation management, marketing strategy, business-to-business, strategy and entrepreneurship.
He co-founded Minze Health in May 2015 and was its founding chief executive and a board member until April 2020. He mentored startups at Birdhouse between January 2024 and September 2025, and at Startupbootcamp from January 2014 to May 2015. From June 2012 to May 2015 he worked as a service designer at Claro Partners, and earlier as a product design engineer at D&M DECO from August 2011 to August 2012 and at DesignUM from February to July 2008.
Vermeulen studied industrial product design at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, then took an MSc in product development at the University of Antwerp and a master's degree in global management at Antwerp Management School. He followed a post-university programme in health economics at EHSAL Management School from 2015 to 2016 and a product management programme at Vlerick Business School in November 2024.
