Joachim Delporte

Joachim Delporte is a co-founder of Allow Motion, a role he has held since November 2022, and is based in Seraing. He also worked as a technical consultant at agap2 Belgium between June 2023 and September 2025.

Before founding Allow Motion, he was a production manager at GSK from September 2022 to June 2023, and held the same role at ETUDELEC, first from October 2021 to July 2022 and again in August 2022. He began his career at IONICS Surface Technologies, where he worked as a mechatronics and robotics technician from January 2019 to June 2021 and returned for a student job in the same field in mid-2021.

He studied for a work-linked bachelor in mechatronics and robotics at the Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg (Hénallux) from 2018 to 2021, followed by a work-linked master in production management at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean Six Sigma Belgium. He lists continuous improvement, entrepreneurship, business development, Lean Six Sigma and leadership among his areas of expertise.
