Overview
Joachim holds a Master of Science in Bio-science Engineering (Environmental Technology) from Ghent University. Before founding Enersee in August 2021, he built digital automation solutions for multinationals including Johnson and Johnson, GSK, and BASF. He co-founded the company alongside Maarten Van de Vijver.
Enersee (formerly Eneos) raised EUR 1.2 million in 2023 and followed with a EUR 4 million late-seed round in September 2025, led by 6 Degrees Capital. Clients include the Port of Antwerp, Ahold Delhaize, CenterParcs, and Korian Care Homes.
