Joanna Tyrekidis

Joanna Tyrekidis is based in Liège, where she leads Noshaq Energy as head of energy at noshaq, a role she took up in June 2022. She has also been CEO of ukko since January 2024, and co-founded White Fund SA in November 2019, where she remains a partner.

She joined Noshaq as an investment manager in November 2015 and served on its executive committee as head of the life sciences ecosystem from November 2019 to May 2022. She was CEO of EKLO from November 2019 to June 2022, having earlier worked there as a consultant from 2005 to September 2010. In between, she was an economic and commercial attaché at the Wallonia Foreign Trade and Investment Agency (AWEX) from September 2010 to January 2013, then a senior consultant at Threon until November 2015.

She holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from HEC Liège, studied business administration at the Universidad de Barcelona, and undertook United Nations YPP administration studies in 2013 and 2014.
