
Joergen Schaffers
Joergen Schaffers is the CEO of Augmented Anatomy, a role he has held since April 2022. He is based in Brussels.
Before that he spent more than two decades at Pfizer. He joined as a sales manager in August 2000, becoming business unit director in 2001 and sales director in 2004, then country head for BeLux within Global Established Pharma from December 2008 to March 2015. He went on to lead Europe for Global Commercial Operations from April 2015, and from January 2019 to March 2022 was vice president of Global Commercial Operations for International Developed Markets.
Earlier in his career he was a medical representative at Warner Lambert from 1987 to 1991, then spent time at GSK as zonal sales manager and later product manager, before returning to Warner Lambert as business unit manager in 1999.
He studied physical education at KU Leuven, graduating in 1986, and attended Sint Gabriël college.
