Johan Lauwers
Johan Lauwers is CEO of tentoo and is based in Bruges. He held the position of CEO at TENTOO PAYROLL PROFESSIONALS Belgium from January 2021 to August 2024. Since January 2016 he has been founder and owner of Saffron Sourcing, and since November 2018 he has sat on a selection committee for the Brussels Capital Region. Between September 2016 and June 2017 he lectured at ISEFAC Bachelor and ESCCOM.
Lauwers founded XPE Group and was its managing director from December 2006 to January 2015. Before that he was operations director at Adecco, commercial director at Aubay, SME sales manager at Banksys, and sales and marketing manager at Finance Technology. He began his career as a software engineer at IBM in August 1990.
He studied at Sint-Jozefscollege in Woluwe and took a master's degree as a commercial engineer at the Solvay school of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, graduating in 1990.
