Johan Smeyers

Johan co-founded Arkite in 2015 alongside Ives De Saeger, based at C-mine in Genk. The company's core product, the Human Interface Mate (HIM), uses an AR projection box suspended above a workstation to project each production step onto the work surface and product in real time, combining sensors with visual guidance to reduce errors.

Arkite raised EUR 1.6 million from Capricorn Partners and LRM and serves customers in automotive, telecoms, and pharma across Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany.
