Jonas co-founded Jump Energy in 2023 alongside three co-founders who share a conviction to accelerate the energy transition. The platform provides real-time insights to detect risks, monitor degradation, and extend battery life for zero-emission commercial fleets including electric buses.

Jump Energy combines deep battery expertise with AI analytics, targeting fleet operators looking to maximise the return on their EV infrastructure investment. Jonas previously worked on energy access projects including Baobab Energie, which focused on electric mopeds in Benin.
