Joos Berghe

Joos Berghe is a co-founder of hubnex, a role he has held since January 2024, and is based in Gent. Since November 2024 he has also worked at FOD Financiën - SPF Finances as a financial expert on cross-border transactions. He gives his expertise as teamwork.

Before that he spent two periods at 123inkt, first as sales director from April 2021 and then as head of the project management office until December 2023. He was head of trade marketing Benelux at Jet Import from June 2019 to July 2020, and worked at Ansell from August 2010 to April 2019, where he was EMEA category manager and then associate marketing director in the consumer division before becoming global marketing director, first for product innovation and later for customer engagement. He began his career at Beiersdorf as sales support manager in 2003, moving on to trade marketing manager roles at tesa (Beiersdorf) covering BeLux and France and later the Benelux.

Berghe holds a bachelor of business management in international marketing from HOGENT, a master in business management from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and an international executive MBA from the Université catholique de Louvain. He has also studied at Vlerick Business School, Krauthammer and the National University of Singapore.
