Joost Smedt
Joost Smedt is the founder of nanoGrid, which he started in July 2012, and is based in Gent. He is also the owner of Jiolo Publishing NV, which he has held since June 1992, and of Impuls International NV, which he has owned since 1989.
Between July 2010 and January 2014 he was a founder and co-owner of Cosinus Phi. Earlier, from April 2003 to October 2009, he founded VitaFish SA and served as its chief executive.
He studied biology and sports at St-Thomas in Brussels from 1980 to 1983, and previously attended St-Jozefscollege.
