Jorge Loureiro

Jorge Loureiro is the chief executive officer of MORO TECH, a role he took up in February 2026. He is based in Brussels.

He joined MORO TECH in January 2019 as a product owner, a position he held until October 2023, when he became head of operations. In November 2024 he moved into a combined COO and CSO role, which he held until January 2026.

At Toyota Motor Europe, Loureiro was an intern in 2016, an analyst from June 2017, a project manager from March 2018, then worked in R&D systems from January 2019 and as a product owner from September 2022 until October 2023. He was an automotive engineer at ALTEN BELGIUM between June 2017 and December 2018, and an assistant consultant at PwC Portugal in the first half of 2017.

Earlier he interned at Oliveira & Irmão SA and Wondercom, and worked as a salesman for Editorial Presença. He completed an MSc in mechanical engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico in 2017.
