
Jorgos Coenen is a co-founder of Citizen Dialog Kit, a role he has held since September 2023. He is based in Lummen.
He spent much of the preceding decade at KU Leuven. Between March 2022 and September 2024 he was a postdoctoral researcher there, having completed a doctorate in architecture at KU Leuven in February 2022. His doctoral work was carried out at the Faculty of Architecture, where he was a PhD candidate from April 2017. Before that he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Architecture, Urbanism and Planning from July 2014 to April 2017, following a research internship in the same department from March to June 2013.
From December 2014 to January 2017 Coenen was a freelance interaction designer at Brdges. He interned at M Museum Leuven between April 2012 and May 2013, and holds a Master of Arts in Media Design from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg, completed in 2014.
