Jorrit Willaert

Jorrit co-founded Jurimesh in 2023 with Jasper De Moor, his co-founder from an unconventional origin: they met through Bumble's business networking mode. Jorrit is a computer science student from Leuven with a specialization in AI, who developed AI projects before founding the company. Jurimesh automates M&A due diligence end-to-end, integrating with virtual data rooms to categorize and analyze legal documents automatically.

The company raised EUR 1.6M in a pre-seed round led by Syndicate One, and counts leading law firms including Andersen and Grant Thornton as clients. Jurimesh integrates with Virtual Vaults for streamlined legal due diligence workflows.
