Juan Pablo Morales Olaya
Juan Pablo Morales Olaya is a technologist based in Bogotá who has been Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia Bell Labs Antwerp since October 2025.
He joined Nisum Latam in August 2022 as Tech Lead and became Delivery Manager in July 2023, remaining there until September 2025. Before that he was Chief Technology Officer at Carryt from September 2020 to July 2022, and CTO at Aflore between February 2016 and November 2017.
Morales Olaya co-founded Ingenian Software in June 2003 and remained with the company until April 2020, holding the roles of Technical Leader from June 2009 to October 2015 and Quality Manager from January 2014 to June 2015. He began his career in 2003 as an independent contractor with Contracting Consulting and Engineering and as a software programmer at Heinsohn Software House.
He studied Ingeniería de Sistemas y Computación at Universidad de Los Andes from 1998 to 2003, after attending Liceo de Cervantes.
