Jules Uyttenbroeck

Jules Uyttenbroeck co-founded booq with Gijs Kriger and Stephen Huang. The company describes him as the operator of the team, running the business alongside the FDD specialist and the engineer. The founding trio launched the platform on the back of more than fifteen years of combined experience in financial due diligence and private equity.

Before booq he worked as Senior Investment Associate at CNBB Equity Partners, a Benelux software-focused private equity firm founded in 2007 by Arco van Nieuwland (co-founder of Exact and Yuki) and Lucas Brentjens (former CEO of Exact, co-founder of Yuki). He served as Board Observer at portfolio companies Yoda and Spotler Group. He is a CFA Charterholder (issued April 2026) and holds the Bloomberg Market Concepts certificate. He graduated from Vlerick Business School in 2020-2021 magna cum laude. He is based in the Antwerp metropolitan area and works in Dutch, English, and French.
