Kevin Thiels
Kevin Thiels is co-founder and chief technology officer of aperta, and is based in Belgium. He has been with aperta since September 2016, first as an agile coach and consultant working on Drupal affairs until January 2023, and since February 2023 as managing partner and AI and solutions architect. He has also worked at DXC Technology since April 2018 as a Drupal architect and team lead, agile coach and DevOps champion.
Before that he spent several years at Colruyt Group, joining as a web developer in September 2009, working as a webdesigner in 2010, then as lead web developer and Drupal coach from September 2013, and finally as technical asset manager for Drupal from February to September 2016.
His stated areas of expertise are artificial intelligence, AI agents, Linux, cloud computing and Docker.
