
Klaus Hojbjerre
Klaus Hojbjerre is Chief Technology Officer of Oqcam, a role he has held since June 2024, and is based in Copenhagen. He joined Oqcam from Oqton, Inc, where he worked from August 2018 to June 2024 as a principal engineer and head of additive automation engineering. In September 2015 he co-founded Adimant, serving as its technical director until December 2020. Earlier he was an additive manufacturing consultant at Teknologisk Institut from August 2010 to September 2015, and before that a medical physicist at Aarhus University Hospital from October 2009 to July 2010. His earlier work included a summer position as a service assistant at Sæby Havn in 2004, work as a DJ at Discotheque L from 1997 to 1999, and assistant roles at Bavnehøj Bibliotek, Hadsten Bibliotek and the library of Amtgymnasiet i Hadsten between 1993 and 2000. He holds a PhD in physics from Aarhus University, completed in 2009, and a master's degree in physics from the same university, and he studied physics at the University of Toronto in 2005. He took his high school diploma at Amtsgymnasiet i Hadsten.
