Kris Clymans

Kris Clymans is Managing Director of GEOxyz and is based in Luxembourg. He joined the company in September 2014 as HR Project Manager, becoming HR & Support Manager in January 2015 and General Manager Operations in December 2016, before taking up the role of Managing Director in April 2018. From December 2023 to February 2025 he also had responsibility for marine compliance and purchasing, and since February 2025 for business projects and sustainability.

Before GEOxyz he worked as an HR Manager between December 2013 and August 2014. He spent four years at Sarens, first as Global HR Manager and then as HR Manager Global Projects, and previously held HR roles at Tower Automotive, DAF Trucks NV, where he managed industrial relations, and André Celis. He began his career in 1998 as a union negotiator with ACV Voeding en Diensten.

Clymans studied HR management at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, followed by a masterclass in HR management at Antwerp Management School and the SME-Challenge at Vlerick Business School.
