
Lars-Eric Fielmich
Lars-Eric Fielmich is the chief executive officer of Datachaperone, a role he has held since September 2023. He is based in Houten, and states expertise in data analysis, programming, molecular biology, start-up leadership and business development.
Before taking up that role, he spent from February 2020 to September 2023 at HUB Organoids, first as a scientist and from February 2022 as a senior scientist. From July 2018 to February 2020 he was a postdoctoral researcher at Delft University of Technology.
Fielmich was a PhD candidate at Universiteit Utrecht from November 2012 to March 2018, completing a doctorate in developmental biology and cell biology in 2018. Earlier he was a rotation student at the Institut de Biologie Valrose in 2012 and at the Hubrecht Institute, Developmental Biology and Stem Cell Research, from September 2010 to September 2011.
He holds an MSc in biomedical sciences and a bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Utrecht University, and also studied at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Tromsø. He attended Christelijk Gymnasium Utrecht from 1999 to 2006.
