Laurence Henrion
Laurence Henrion is the founder of Alterpac, a role she has held since April 2024, and is based in Belgium. Since January 2026 she has also held the role of Fixer-in-Chief at Altermac.
Between August 2023 and April 2024 she volunteered with the Sarjan Foundation. Before that she spent six years at LEFORT as a senior manufacturing engineer, from October 2017 to September 2023, and held the same role at Alta Motors from August 2015 to October 2017. In 2015 she worked as a business analyst at Odoo.
She began her career at Caterpillar Inc., where she worked for almost ten years, joining as an advanced purchasing analyst in October 2004 before becoming a production supervisor, then a 6 Sigma Black Belt, and finally manufacturing engineering manager from January 2012 to August 2014.
She studied at Collège Saint-Michel from 1992 to 1998 and obtained a Master of Engineering in electromechanical engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2004.
