Laurence Mathieu

Laurence Mathieu is chief executive officer of NRB, a role she took up in January 2024. She is based in Brussels.

Before joining NRB she was COO and director of operations at RealDolmen from September 2021 to December 2023. She spent the preceding two decades at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which she joined in February 2000 as a transition and transformation manager. There she went on to hold roles as client manager and account executive, business strategy manager for Great Western Europe and programme manager of the business operations team, transition and transformation programme executive for Great Western Europe, account delivery executive and service delivery manager for Denmark accounts, manager of technology consulting delivery for the Benelux, and, from May 2017 to August 2021, digital transformation director.

She studied management information systems at HEC Liège from 1988 to 1992, followed by finance and taxation at the same institution in 1992 and 1993.
