Len Adriaenssens
Len Adriaenssens is a co-founder and managing partner of 0smosis, a position he has held since July 2017. He is based in Brussels.
Between May 2018 and June 2019 he was co-founder and chief executive of Helder lenen. Before that he spent close to three years at EY, joining in September 2014 in FSO Advisory and serving as a manager from August 2015 to June 2017. He began his career at CSC, where he worked as a business consultant in financial services from August 2011 to August 2014.
Adriaenssens studied applied economic sciences and business engineering at the University of Antwerp, completing a master's degree between 2006 and 2011, and took an M2 in gestion de l'innovation at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2010. From May 2024 to May 2025 he followed the INSEAD Executive Education Chief Strategy Officer programme.
