Lena Ellison
Lena Ellison is the founder of DAPHNE, a company she started in October 2022. She is based in Mystic.
Before founding DAPHNE, Ellison worked as a registered nurse. She began at Hartford Hospital from February 2012 to May 2013, then moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center until October 2014. She spent the following six months as a travel registered nurse with Cross Country TravCorps Inc, after which she joined Providence Health & Services from April 2015 to August 2016. From March 2018 to June 2019 she was a registered nurse at Yale New Haven Health.
Ellison studied at the University of Connecticut, where she took a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and marketing between 2004 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing practice in 2011.
