
Leo Lucas is CEO and co-founder of CP2 Digital, which he started in March 2024, and is based in Antwerp. Since August 2005 he has also been managing partner of Consolium. He states expertise in problem solving, negotiation, executive management, critical thinking and team leadership.
From November 2021 to September 2023 he worked in global product management at Solera, Inc., having held a role at INFORMEX from 2017 to 2021 and been CEO and co-owner of TracingInMotion from 2017 to 2020. Between 2008 and 2016 he was managing director of inMotiv Belgium and gedelegeerd bestuurder of both Impact Software NV and RDC Belgium NVSA, and from 2008 to 2010 he was commercial director and CCO of RDC Group bv. Earlier he was CEO of Autovista Europe and a director, board member and executive vice president of Grey-Hen Oy, vice president at R. L. Polk Europe, group managing director of Marketing Systems GmbH, and, from 1997 to 2001, a manager at Lufthansa Cargo AG, latterly as regional director for France, Benelux, Switzerland and Tunisia.
Lucas took a bachelor's degree in logistics and international trade at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and an MBA in international management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, and has studied at Guberna, Vlerick Business School and Antwerp Management School.
