Lieven De Marez

Lieven heads the imec-mict research group at Ghent University, one of the leading research centers on digital media, innovation adoption, and technology trends in Belgium. He is a regular commentator on media technology and digital society.

As professor and research leader, Lieven conducts and publishes research on digital innovation, media technology, and consumer behavior. He also bridges academia and industry through collaborative projects.
