Lionel Rosu
Lionel Rosu is the CEO of billy, a role he has held since September 2015. He is based in Liège.
Before that, he was gérant of Plug&Go from February 2012 to September 2015, and gérant of eyaka from September 2012 to February 2014. Between April 2009 and April 2011 he was president of HEC Consulting Group, and from September 2008 to September 2009 he worked at Jet Import as Red Bull Student Brand Manager.
Rosu studied at the University of Liège from 2006 to 2011, where he obtained a Master in finance and qualified as a business engineer.
