
Luc Meurant is the Chief Executive Officer of Neterium, a role he has held since September 2020. He is based in Brussels.
Before Neterium, Meurant spent close to two decades at SWIFT. He joined in December 2002 as head of pricing and corporate markets, then led SWIFT Banking markets from January 2007, took charge of Financial Crime Compliance Services in June 2013, and served as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Committee from November 2017 until November 2019.
Earlier in his career he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company from 1997 to 2002, and a business analyst at JPMorgan/Euroclear from 1994 to 1997. In September 1989 he co-founded Worcs sprl, where he was managing director until June 1994.
Meurant studied computer science at the Université catholique de Louvain between 1989 and 1994, graduating as ingénieur civil.
