Luc Segers
Luc Segers is an agile coach, product owner, scrummaster and program manager at equalminds, based in Antwerp. He joined Equalminds in April 2012 as agile project manager, product owner, scrummaster and program manager.
Before that he worked in account and project management at Heaven Can Wait from January 2011 to March 2012. During 2010 and 2011 he held several concurrent roles: managing partner at District01, partner at Little Miss Robot, and sales and account management at Monkeyshot. From 2005 he was managing director of BoulevArt nv until April 2010, and a manager at Group-Wave NV between 2005 and 2008.
Segers began his career at BASF Antwerpen, where he was a Lotus Notes consultant from September 1988 to June 1997, followed by a period in the same role at EDS Belgium. He then joined AXI NV as a Lotus Notes project manager in October 1997, spent late 2000 as a project manager at Headtrick Media Group, and returned to AXI as a business unit manager from December 2000 to December 2005.
He studied ICT at Hogeschool Antwerpen from 1986 to 1988 and at ACEBE.
