M M. is based in Munich, where he is country manager and managing director at get-driven. In March 2025 he founded Cornerstone International, which he leads as chief executive. He had joined Get Driven as country manager in June 2023, following two years as group operations manager at Logsta Global.

Between February 2018 and February 2021 he worked at elio Systems, first as project manager and key accounts manager and then as principal project manager and business development manager. Before that he was marketing manager and project development manager at aerogate München Gesellschaft für Luftverkehrsabfertigungen mbH, and from 2012 to 2016 principal product project manager at Autodesk Benelux. Earlier roles include strategy manager at Havas Media Group, art director at The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg, senior graphic designer at Rapid Blue, and graphic design and music video director at Universal Music Group.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MA from Liverpool John Moores University, a BA in business management from Damelin, a graphic design degree from Coventry University and a BA from The Ohio State University. He is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional and as an Agile Certified Practitioner.
