
Marc-Antoine Henroz is CEO and co-founder of Matching Square, a role he has held since April 2023, and is based in Brussels. Since November 2025 he has also been president and co-founder of En 2026, Aglaé devient Job Events. He is interim CFO of Pastoo and managing director of Mon cafetier, both since 2023, sits on the board of directors of Five Insurance Company, and founded and owns My CFO Digital in 2019.
Earlier, he was chief financial officer of Stanley/Stella from June 2021 to March 2022, and worked at BISCUIT INTERNATIONAL, first as transition and transformation finance director for its Netherlands operations and then as head of transformation and PMO. He was vice president finance at Imerys, finance director for graphics at Avery Dennison, VP finance Europe at Mactac Europe, and held two positions at GSI Group in corporate financial planning and analysis and finance. Before that he was at InterGen Services, spent from 2002 to 2008 at Staples Inc in analyst, project management and finance roles, and worked at GIB Group and as a financial auditor at Deloitte.
He studied at the Université de Namur, the University of Antwerp and the Université catholique de Louvain, and later took programmes at Ichec Brussels Management School, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, MIT Sloan Executive Education and the University of Cambridge.
