Marcelo Salinas

Marcelo Salinas is the founder of Novera, which he started in November 2023. He is based in Québec and lists problem solving, business development, teamwork and sales strategy among his areas of expertise.

From February 2023 to September 2024 he was an account manager at Ubiweb, a role he also held at Bunzl Canada between July 2022 and February 2023 and at PMR Inc. from October 2020 to July 2022. Earlier, between January 2012 and January 2019, he was country manager at Ormeño S.A. Sucursal Colombia.

Salinas studied at Hult International Business School, where he completed a Master of Science in International Business in 2019, a master's degree in finance in 2020 and lifelong learning electives in marketing in June 2023. He took a diplomado in finance at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Laws in general law from Universidad INCCA de Colombia, completed in 2017.
