Marian Krafft

Marian Krafft is Chief Operating Officer at Giftify, a position she took up in April 2025. She is based in Brussels.

She joined Urbantz in July 2018 as a Customer Success Manager and remained there until April 2025, holding a succession of roles as Team Lead Customer Success, Head of Customer Projects, Head of Professional Services & Support, Head of Operations and, from June 2024, VP Operations. From May 2018 to May 2019 she also worked as a Business Strategist at RootBranded.

Her earlier career was at BASF, where from November 2013 she worked in communications for Performance Materials and Team Automotive Asia, then in business development and support for Asia Pacific, and from August 2014 to July 2018 in global media relations for Performance Materials. She interned at Jung von Matt in account management and strategic planning in 2012, and at Daimler AG (Mercedes-Benz Cars) in marketing and branded entertainment in 2010.

Krafft holds a bachelor's degree in International Communication & Media from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, spent a semester abroad at Concordia University in 2011, and took an Advanced Master in Innovation & Strategic Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2017 and 2018.
