Marie Van Den Broeck

Marie Van Den Broeck is the founder and CEO of my-add-on, the company she founded in June 2017. She is based in Aalst. At My Add On she has also worked as a public speaker and pitch coach since November 2017, and is recorded as founder between February 2019 and February 2020. She has been with Impact Studios since March 2016 and has sat on the board of UNIZO Oost-Vlaanderen since June 2021. Between July 2024 and May 2025 she was a guest lecturer at Vlerick Business School on innovation through co-creation and user centered design.

From May 2018 to February 2020 she was product and marketing manager at Entusia. Earlier she was a freelance illustrator at StoryMe in 2015, took part in a team project at Birdhouse the same year, was crew at Week van het Ontwerpen Kortrijk from 2012 to 2013, completed a student internship at Nexans, and worked as a cashier at Delhaize Belgium from 2009 to 2014.

She studied industrial engineering design at Ghent University, graduating in 2016, and took credit contracts at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen in DEVINE and in marketing and communication management. She also followed evening classes in architecture at the Academy of Visual Arts.
