Marina Evaristo
Marina Evaristo is the founder and CEO of Kotplanet, based in Ottignies. She founded the company in October 2018 and has held the role of founder and CEO since September 2021. She gives her areas of expertise as community building, strategic leadership, innovation management, stakeholder management and facilitation.
From September 2013 to September 2021 she was coworking manager and ecosystem builder at ICE Louvain, where she also worked as a startup coach between 2016 and 2019, and from September 2017 to September 2021 she was a Digital Wallonia Champion with Coworking|Digital Wallonia. She was platform and communication project manager at Mind and Market from 2014 to 2020, and an e-marketing and web project manager at Simple Is not... from 2011 to 2020. Earlier roles included head of marketing at regify SA, e-marketing manager at Geomedia HR Communication, e-commerce project manager at Flamant NV, and a series of positions at Growth Bridge Sprl on RAZ*WAR, beginning with an internship in 2008 and continuing as assistant brand manager and then brand and product manager until October 2011.
She was president of ASBL N'CEE Alumni des Clubs d'Etudiants Entrepreneurs from 2011 to 2012, having been vice-president in 2009 and 2010, sat on the executive committee of ACEE Belgique from 2008 to 2011, and was vice-president of CréaLouv ASBL and of Lëtzebuerger Studenten zu Léiwen ASBL. She studied economics and management at the Université catholique de Louvain, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2007, and completed a master's in management with a concentration in entrepreneurship, alongside the UCL interdisciplinary master in entrepreneurship at the Louvain School of Management, in 2009. She attended the Institut Cardjin Lorraine Athus from 1998 to 2002.
