Marion Min

Marion Min is managing director and partner at LEADIST, a role she has held since July 2017, and is based in Brussels. Since November 2025 she has also been sales director group at Origin group.

Before LEADIST, Min spent six years at Kwanko, where she joined as account manager for Belgium in July 2011 and went on to hold the roles of sales manager, business developer and, from January 2014 until June 2017, country manager for Belgium. Earlier, in the first half of 2010, she worked at Renault as assistant product manager for electric vehicles.

Min studied at IÉSEG School of Management from 2005 to 2010, completing a Master of Science in Business Administration, and spent 2009 studying marketing and management at USP, Universidade de São Paulo.
