Marios Prifti

Marios Prifti is a CTO in Residence at madewithlove, a role he took up in December 2025. He is based in Rotterdam, and states expertise in agile coaching, software engineering, engineering management, artificial intelligence and vibe coding.

Between December 2021 and November 2025 he was at FinancialDocs, first as a software engineering manager and then as head of engineering, AI and agile delivery. He co-founded OKRs Tool in May 2024, and from February 2023 to March 2024 worked with SocialNest as agile transformation lead and fractional CTO. He joined Holland2Stay as a software engineer in November 2016, became head of engineering in 2017, and later served as an advisory engineering consultant there from January 2021 to July 2024. During 2021 he was also a software engineering manager at KBC Global Services and a tech lead at eCollect. Earlier he worked as a web analyst at ITpreneurs and as a software engineer at Data and Control Systems and at Noon Informatics S.A.

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and studied disruptive strategy at Harvard Business School Online in 2020.
