Martin Van Laere

Martin Van Laere is the chief executive officer of InfraSensing, a role he took up in September 2022. He is based in Zaventem, and states expertise in strategic partnerships, executive management, scale-up, product innovation and business innovation.

He founded ServersCheck in June 2010 and remained with the company until August 2022. Between 2011 and 2019 he worked as a mentor, lecturer, speaker and coach with Bryo, Bryo+, Founder's Institute, HUB, KBC StartIT and other organisations, and from August 2016 to August 2020 he sat on the advisory board of Twegos. He was a board director of Bizidee from December 2009 to September 2012.

Earlier, Van Laere founded Netmining in January 2000, holding founder roles there until October 2007, and co-founded Techmar Europe in June 1998. He was a business engineer at Sitel Corporation from January 1996 to July 1998, and founded Vademecum in 1994.

He attended the Lyçée Français de Vienne in Vienna, Austria, from 1986 to 1990.
