Mathieu de Lophem

Mathieu de Lophem founded Skipr in Brussels after his tenure as General Manager of Deliveroo Benelux, bringing operational and scaling experience from a major consumer platform. Skipr built a mobility-as-a-service solution for employers, aggregating public transport, shared mobility, and other options into a single platform for employee mobility budgets.

The company raised EUR 7M and was acquired by Pluxee in September 2025. Pluxee, a global employee benefits company, acquired Skipr to expand its mobility and flexible benefits offering.
