Mathieu Passini

Mathieu Passini is the founder and managing partner of Quarteom, a company he founded in January 2021 and where he has served as chief executive since then. He is based in Brussels. In February 2020 he founded InGensia, which he also leads as chief executive.

Passini spent several periods at Catalay, joining as business development manager in September 2011 and remaining until February 2015. He returned in June 2016 as business unit manager and served as chief executive from January 2018 until December 2019. Between March 2015 and June 2016 he undertook a world tour on a working holiday visa, including travel in Asia.

He studied at the Institut Saint Joseph in sciences and mathematics from 1997 to 2003, then took a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at HELHa, Haute École Louvain en Hainaut, from 2003 to 2006, followed by a master's in industrial engineering sciences at the same institution from 2006 to 2009. He completed a master's in management at Ichec Brussels Management School in 2011.
