Matthias Sabbe

Matthias Sabbe is based in Kortrijk and has been co-CEO a.i. of qlevr since January 2026. Since February 2022 he has also been an executive leader, MBI candidate and co-investor at VILKAS Management.

Between September 2023 and July 2025 he was chief operating officer of Spuntini Horeca, and before that general manager of Pharma Force from October 2022 to July 2023. He was supply chain director at UNILIN from October 2018 to September 2022, following a period in 2018 as divisional logistics manager at Greenyard Frozen. Earlier he was supply chain manager at Novy from 2014 to 2018 and logistics manager at Nefab from 2011 to 2014. He began his career in 2011 as a supply chain analyst at Vandemoortele on a Vlerick in-company project, then as a trainee operations manager at Katoen Natie.

Sabbe studied movement and sport sciences with a specialisation in sport management at Ghent University from 2006 to 2010, and completed an MBA in general management at Vlerick Business School in 2011.
