Maxime Campe
Maxime Campe is the chief executive officer of in4matic, a role he took up in January 2026. He is based in Deinze and works in IT consultancy, information technology and account management.
Campe has spent most of his career at In4Matic, which he joined in August 2015 as an IT support and assistant. From July 2018 he worked as an IT specialist and as an IT talent acquisition specialist, the latter until December 2022, and he has been an account manager there since June 2021. Between July 2024 and January 2026 he was a project manager at the company. Before that, in 2014, he was an IT support engineer at Emmaรผs Secundair Aalter.
He studied electronics and ICT at Hogeschool Odisee from 2014 to 2015 and applied computer science at HOGENT from 2015 to 2018, and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Hogeschool PXL between 2020 and 2022. In July 2025 he attended the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saรฏd Business School, University of Oxford.
