Maxime Vandenbussche

Maxime Vandenbussche is a co-founder of human37, where he has been operations lead since June 2021. He is based in Leuven.

Before founding human37, he spent nearly eight years at Semetis, joining as an eBusiness analyst in October 2013 and progressing through the roles of eBusiness consultant, senior eBusiness consultant and eBusiness consulting manager, then director of operations from January 2020 and executive director from December 2020 until June 2021. Earlier, in the first half of 2013, he was a trade intern at Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT).

He studied business administration at KU Leuven, completing a Bachelor of Science in 2011 and a Master of Science in 2012, with a year at Universidad CEU San Pablo in economics and business sciences in between. He followed this with a postgraduate programme in China business development at BICCS, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, in 2012 and 2013, and also studied at Le Wagon.
