Mélanie Mestdagt
Mélanie Mestdagt is chief executive officer and co-founder of eyed-pharma, and is based in Chaudfontaine. She has led EyeD Pharma as CEO since October 2013, and since July 2019 has also been CEO of UniD Manufacturing. In the same month that she took up the EyeD Pharma role she became manager at Biofinance consulting, a position she still holds.
She has sat on the board of BioWin, The Health Cluster of Wallonia, since June 2021, and on the board of AWEX USA since January 2022.
From January 2011 to September 2013 she was funding coordinator at Uteron Pharma/Mithra. She holds a PhD in biomedical sciences from the Université de Liège.
